Quentin Fischer is an entrepreneur from South Riding, Virginia, with a growing background in business, sales, and customer service. Raised in South Riding, Quentin spent much of his childhood involved in athletics, participating in Little League baseball, soccer, and Dulles youth football. His experiences in sports helped develop a competitive mindset, adaptability, and an appreciation for learning through both success and failure. Quentin attended Freedom High School from 2018 to 2022, where he developed an early interest in business and completed numerous business-focused courses. After graduating, he continued his education at Northern Virginia Community College, studying business administration from August 2022 through January 2023. His professional experience began at Manhattan Pizza, where he worked as both a delivery driver and inside employee. Quentin later entered automotive sales as a Chevrolet sales consultant, helping customers evaluate their options and find vehicles suited to their individual needs. Working in sales became an important learning experience, teaching him how to evaluate setbacks, improve his approach, and apply lessons from unsuccessful opportunities to future conversations. Today, Quentin is working alongside his father to establish a new business, including researching and identifying potential manufacturing partners. Entrepreneurship has reinforced his belief that personal growth requires taking responsibility, maintaining high standards, and continually developing new skills. Quentin describes himself as hardworking, adaptable, and always willing to learn. He intentionally puts himself in unfamiliar situations to expand his experience and capabilities. Outside of business, he enjoys watching new movies with friends, attending different movie theaters, following the automotive world, and visiting local car shows. He has also participated in community food drives with his family, including helping organize a food drive of their own.
